Early Rounds: Nov 17–28, 2025, Mon–Fri, 5–9PM. Championship Saturday: Nov 29 2025, 10:30AM - 4:30PM
Service Description
💵 Cost FREE for all MRU Squash Club Members. Cancellation policy is in effect. Our cancellation policy: cancellations have to be made before tournament schedule release. Cancellations after release are subject for late cancellation fee of $10. 📅 Tournament Dates: -Registration Deadline is November 11, 2025 -Early Rounds: November 17–28, 2025 (Monday–Friday, 5:00–9:00 PM) -Championship Saturday: November 29, 2025 (10:30 AM–4:30 PM) 🎯Format & Details: -Guaranteed minimum of 3 matches per player -Best of 5 games, PAR 11 scoring -Weekday matches will be self-refereed -Referees provided for Championship Saturday -Tournament Coordinator onsite throughout the event 🏅Divisions: -Open to all levels — from beginners to advanced! -Placement will be based on Club Locker Rating. -If you don’t have one, we’ll use Box League results or peer input to find your best fit. 🥇 Prizes & Bragging Rights: -Division winners will receive a prize and a full year of bragging rights as the best in their division! 🍻 Post-Tournament Social: -Join us after the championship matches on Saturday, November 29th for a Club Social! Location and details to follow soon. 🗓️ Scheduling & Availability -When registering, please complete your weekday availability, plan for 2-3 matches during the Early Rounds. -We’ll do our best to accommodate within reason, but no schedule changes can be made after release. -Everyone will have a match on Championship Saturday.
